Thinking about a fresh start for the New Year? Have diabetes or pre-diabetes? Get into diabetes self-management.

In a series of five free classes, you will learn about:

• How your diabetes affects you, your body, and those around you
• Finding healthy eating habits while still enjoying food
• Keeping safely physically active all year ‘round
• Developing skills and action plans for staying healthy
• Working better with your health care providers and educators
