Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP) – PureView Health Center

Thinking about a fresh start for the New Year? Have diabetes or pre-diabetes? Get into diabetes self-management.
In a series of five free classes, you will learn about:
- How your diabetes affects you, your body, and those around you
- Finding healthy eating habits while still enjoying food
- Keeping safely physically active all year ‘round
- Developing skills and action plans for staying healthy
- Working better with your health care providers and educators
