Mountain Pacific and Frontier Psychiatry jointly launch 3D ECHO, a telementoring initiative to deliver medical education and health care management to clinicians in remote settings throughout our region.<\/p>\n

The newest Project ECHO hub is called 3D ECHO to reflect the importance of supporting the three dimensions of health care: biological, psychological and social<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Child Psychiatry Learning Clinic<\/strong><\/p>\n

This 10-part learning collaborative offers participants the opportunity to get expert consultation and input from peers on difficult patient care scenarios.\u00a0During this clinic, participants will:<\/div>\n

  1. Learn how to describe the epidemiology of child psychiatric disorders.<\/li>\n
  2. Discuss the approaches to assessing and diagnosing childhood psychiatric disorders.<\/li>\n
  3. Determine specific best practices to implement in the treatment of childhood psychiatric disorders, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
