MU: Check your MU performance on the Health Information Exchange measure

July 1, 2016
Written by Patty Kosednar

Many organizations are experiencing problems meeting this measure (used to be called the “summary of care” or “care transition” measure).  If you have not looked at your MU reports recently, you’ll want to.  You might be tempted to ignore MU until later this year; however some organizations have had to spend a lot of time working with their EHR vendors and/or the organizations they transition patients with to get this measure tracking correctly.

Do yourself a favor and check this out now.  If your MU performance is tracking ok, no worries, if not, you’ll want to get on this.
