Care Delivery and Financial Reporting Extension

In response to the overwhelming demand for an extension, the Quarter 4 (Q4) care delivery reporting and financial reporting due date has been extended for all practices. This means that all practices will have until January 26, 2018 to complete both Q4 care delivery reporting and financial reporting. Practices will not need to request an extension in the CPC+ Practice Portal to take advantage of this extra time.
Complete the financial reporting using the best information you have available. Ensure you document your approach and any estimates appropriately. You will have the opportunity to submit corrected data during the correction period (March 19, 2018 – March 23, 2018) using more complete data. If your practice chooses to use the correction period, you must make this request between January 29, 2018 and March 12, 2018 in the CPC+ Practice Portal. Once your correction request is approved, you will then be able to go back into the CPC+ Practice Portal to correct your 2017 financial reporting during the data correction period.
