Antibiotic Usage DOT Webinar Materials

Thank you for attending the recent MT ABS Collaborative webinar where an overview and demonstration of the Days of Therapy (DOT) antibiotic usage tracking tool was presented. This data tracking tool/Excel spreadsheet will help you track a variety of elements for your antibiotic stewardship program, including the antibiotic usage measure – Days of Therapy (DOT).

This spreadsheet was created to track antibiotic usage (DOT) in long-term care and inpatient facilities. Below are links to the webinar presentation, recording and the DOT antibiotic usage tracking tool:
