MU: The MT SLR is Now Open for 2015 EH MU

This post is information for Montana hospitals only. We received word that the Montana Medicaid State Level Registry (SLR) is now open for eligible hospitals to submit their 2015 Medicaid meaningful use attestations. The MT SLR will be accepting 2015 EH meaningful use attestations thru October 31, 2016.
If you need any assistance or are experiencing any technical issues with your Montana Medicaid 2015 meaningful use attestation, you can contact the MT SLR Helpdesk at SLR Help Desk at: (866) 879-0109 ext 8; email at SLRHelpdesk@xerox.com, or contact Randy Haight, the Montana Manager of the State Level Registry at rhaight@mt.gov, 406-444-1268.
If you reside in a state other than MT, check with your State Level Registry (SLR) to confirm the deadlines for 2015 MU attestation for eligible hospitals. See the CMS page contact information for each state.
