How data is being entered into your system affects the downstream functionality and quality reporting from your system.\u00a0 Entering data into the correct fields in your EHR ensures you will get the credit it for it on your MU reports, not to mention it allows the full functionality of your EHR to use the data for clinical guidance, recommendations, alerts and to populate your other quality measure reports (PQRS, UDS, etc).<\/p>\n<p>Where do you start?\u00a0 Look at your meaningful use reports, including your CQMs.\u00a0 Which ones are low performers?
