Many organizations are experiencing problems meeting this measure (used to be called the \u201csummary of care\u201d or \u201ccare transition\u201d measure).\u00a0 If you have not looked at your MU reports recently, you\u2019ll want to.\u00a0 You might be tempted to ignore MU until later this year; however some organizations have had to spend a lot of time working with their EHR vendors and\/or the organizations they transition patients with to get this measure tracking correctly.<\/p>\n

Do yourself a favor and check this out now.\u00a0 If your MU performance is tracking ok, no worries, if not, you\u2019ll want to get on this.<\/p>\n
