Here are some important upcoming deadlines and events.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12\/25\/17 &#8211; Portal opens for 4th quarter Care Delivery Report (CDR) and 2018 Forecast submission<\/li>\n<li><strong>12\/31\/17 &#8211; Health IT Update due (located in practice portal)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>01\/01\/18 &#8211; QPP website is available to verify employee role for submission of eCQMs<\/li>\n<li>01\/02\/18 &#8211; Period\u00a0starts for eCQM data reporting<\/li>\n<li>01\/05\/18 &#8211; Last day to file an extension for Care Delivery or Forecasting reporting<\/li>\n<li><strong>01\/19\/18 &#8211; Care Delivery Reports and Forecast are due<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>01\/29\/18 &#8211; Period starts\u00a0to request a correction\u00a0for 4th quarter Care Delivery Report, Forecast or Financial Reconciliation<\/li>\n<li><strong>02\/28\/18 &#8211; Financial Reconciliation and eCQM reporting due<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>03\/12\/18 &#8211; Period\u00a0ends\u00a0to request a correction for 4th quarter Care Delivery Report, Forecast or Financial Reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>03\/19\/18 &#8211; Period starts to submit a correction for 4th quarter Care Delivery Report, Forecast or Financial Reconciliation\u00a0(must have received prior approval)<\/li>\n<li>03\/23\/18 &#8211; Period ends\u00a0to submit a correction for 4th quarter Care Delivery Report, Forecast or Financial Reconciliation (must have received prior approval)<\/li>\n<li><strong>03\/28\/18 &#8211; CPC+ In Person Learning\u00a0Session 5\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; Great Northern Hotel in Helena MT (more information to come from the Regional Learning Network)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please refer to CPC+ Connect to network with other CPC+ practices utilizing the same EHR for ideas and best practices.
