Following is the entire announcement from CMS:<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Medicare eligible hospital and critical access hospital (CAH) attestation deadline has been changed from Wednesday, February 28, 2018, to Friday, March 16, 2018, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.<\/strong> This extension is being granted to provide hospitals additional time to submit attestation data and eCQM data.<\/p>\n<p>Eligible hospitals and CAHs attesting to CMS for the EHR Incentive Program must submit data through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qualitynet.org\/dcs\/ContentServer?c=Page&amp;pagename=QnetPublic%2FPage%2FQnetHomepage&amp;cid=1120143435383\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">QualityNet Secure Portal (QNet)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Medicaid eligible hospitals<\/strong> should contact their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cms.gov\/Regulations-and-Guidance\/Legislation\/EHRIncentivePrograms\/MedicaidStateInfo.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">state Medicaid agencies<\/a> for specific information on how to attest.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dually eligible hospitals and CAHs<\/strong> will register and attest for Medicare on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qualitynet.org\/dcs\/ContentServer?c=Page&amp;pagename=QnetPublic%2FPage%2FQnetHomepage&amp;cid=1120143435383\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">QNet<\/a> and update and submit registration information in the <a href=\"https:\/\/ehrincentives.cms.gov\/hitech\/login.action\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Registration and Attestation System.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Get Attestation Help<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CMS has a variety of resources to help you complete the attestation process:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/meetingconnect.webex.com\/ec3100\/eventcenter\/recording\/recordAction.do?theAction=poprecord&amp;siteurl=meetingconnect&amp;entappname=url3100&amp;internalRecordTicket=4832534b000000049383fd5e817ae1cae2252397504b1f9b01ee4cf4493fa8b16c8452634b318733&amp;renewticket=0&amp;isurlact=true&amp;format=short&amp;rnd=7154482439&amp;RCID=b94c455bcc5cd6f5d09b2f6e14088ed4&amp;rID=117672232&amp;needFilter=false&amp;recordID=117672232&amp;apiname=lsr.php&amp;AT=pb&amp;actappname=ec3100&amp;&amp;SP=EC&amp;entactname=%2FnbrRecordingURL.do&amp;actname=%2Feventcenter%2Fframe%2Fg.do\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Attestation Demonstration Video<\/a> \u2014 a video demonstration of the QNet attestation process from a recent CMS webinar.
