Then run your meaningful use reports to ensure you are on track with your threshold requirements.  Next, plan the tasks\/activities needed to meet the non-threshold requirements based on the program\/stage you have chosen.<\/p>\n<p>For both Medicare and Medicaid EHR MU programs, hospitals can choose to report objective and measure requirements for Modified Stage 2 or Stage 3 (your choice).  Below is additional information for eligible hospitals (EH) reporting to the EHR Incentive programs in 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EH Modified Stage 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CEHRT<\/strong> &#8211; Your hospital has the option to attest using EHR technology certified to the 2014 Edition, 2015 Edition or a combination of the two.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reporting Period<\/strong> &#8211; For 2018, the EHR reporting period for all participants is a minimum of any continuous 90 days from January 1 through December 31, 2018. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Program Requirements<\/strong> <\/li>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Medicare<\/strong> &#8211; In 2018 there are seven (7) core objective and measure requirements for hospital reporting for Medicare.  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cms.gov\/Regulations-and-Guidance\/Legislation\/EHRIncentivePrograms\/2018ModStage2ProgramRequirementsEHCAH.html\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Medicare modified stage 2 measure details<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Medicaid<\/strong> &#8211;
