We will be sending another blog post with registration information for this webinar in the following days.<\/p>\n<p>Also, we are working on an outpatient-based tool, which we hope to launch soon.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you to Kitty Strowbridge and Brooke Pieper for helping Jamie Schultz modify this great tool, which is based on the original created by the Rochester Patient Safety C.
