This data tracking tool\/Excel spreadsheet will help you track a variety of elements for your antibiotic stewardship program, including the antibiotic usage measure \u2013 Days of Therapy (DOT). <\/p>\n<p>This spreadsheet was created to track antibiotic usage (DOT) in long-term care and inpatient facilities.
