Be sure you have <strong>ALL<\/strong> of your documentation compiled and ready to submit when your state\u2019s SLR (Medicaid) or QNet (Hospital Medicare) is open.  For Medicaid SLR dates and deadlines, see our <a href=\"https:\/\/dsiohn098w.mpqhf.org\/blog\/medicaid-eligible-providers-ep-program-requirements-important-deadlines-promoting-interoperability-pi\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">blog from 12\/3<\/a>, and for Medicare hospital dates and deadlines via Qnet, see our <a href=\"https:\/\/dsiohn098w.mpqhf.org\/blog\/medicare-eligible-hospital-eh-important-dates-deadlines-promoting-interoperability-attestation\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">blog from 11\/1<\/a>.
