Following are the state level registry (SLR) eligible provider deadlines for Medicaid MU attestations for the states in our region:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alaska<\/strong> EP \u2013 SLR closed for 2015 attestations<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hawaii<\/strong> EP \u2013 SLR deadline is 7\/31\/16 for 2015 attestations<\/p>\n<p><strong>Montana<\/strong> EP \u2013 SLR deadline is 7\/29\/16 for 2015 attestations<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wyoming<\/strong> EP \u2013 SLR closed for 2015 attestations<\/p>\n<p>If you reside in a state outside of our region, check with your State Level Registry (SLR) to confirm the deadlines for 2015 MU attestation for eligible providers.
