The proposed rule would change the reporting period from a full calendar year to any continuous 90-day period between January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>This proposed change is included as part of the <strong>Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment Changes for 2017<\/strong> that CMS proposed on 7\/6\/2016.\u00a0 Read\u00a0the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cms.gov\/Newsroom\/MediaReleaseDatabase\/Fact-sheets\/2016-Fact-sheets-items\/2016-07-06.html\" target=\"_blank\">entire\u00a0proposed rule change<\/a> (the EHR Incentive Program changes are about half way through the ruling).<\/p>\n<div>CMS will be accepting public comments on this proposed rule until 9\/6\/2016 (click to submit your\u00a0<style type=\"text\/css\">#AnythingPopup_BoxContainer3\t{width:450px;height:175px;max-width:80%;background:#FFFFFF;border:1px solid #FFFFFF;padding:0;position:fixed;z-index:99999;cursor:default;-moz-border-radius: 10px;-webkit-border-radius: 10px;-khtml-border-radius: 10px;border-radius: 10px;
