The PV-PQRS Domain in EIDM provides access for PQRS program information and various tasks such as viewing QRUR and feedback reports, submitting reporting data, and GPRO self-nomination.\u00a0 An EIDM account and specific roles are required for participants to access these resources.<\/p>\n<p>You will first need to register for an EIDM account if you do not have one already. Navigate to https:\/\/portal.cms.gov and click on the link to set up an account.<\/p>\n<p>Before requesting a \u2018Physician Quality and Value Programs\u2019 role for your EIDM account, you will first need to determine which <strong>one <\/strong>of the following four user roles you want to request:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Security Official role: <\/strong>The Security Official role allows the user to perform the following tasks on behalf of a group practice:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Register the group practice to participate in the PQRS GPRO<\/li>\n<li>Obtain the group practice\u2019s QRUR and PQRS Feedback Reports<\/li>\n<li>Submit a Value Modifier Informal Review Request on behalf of the group practice, and<\/li>\n<li>Approve requests for the \u2018Group Representative\u2019 role in the EIDM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Group Representative role: <\/strong>The Group Representative role allows the user to perform the following tasks on behalf of a group practice:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Register the group practice to participate in the PQRS GPRO<\/li>\n<li>Obtain the group practice\u2019s QRUR and PQRS Feedback Reports, and<\/li>\n<li>Submit a Value Modifier Informal Review Request on behalf of the group practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Individual Practitioner role: <\/strong>The Individual Practitioner role allows the user to perform the following tasks on behalf of a solo practitioner:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obtain the solo practitioner\u2019s QRUR and PQRS Feedback Reports<\/li>\n<li>Submit a Value Modifier Informal Review Request on behalf of a solo practitioner, and<\/li>\n<li>Approve requests for the \u2018Individual Practitioner Representative\u2019 role in the EIDM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Individual Practitioner Representative role: <\/strong>The Individual Representative role allows the user to perform the following task on behalf of the solo practitioner:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obtain a solo practitioner\u2019s QRUR and PQRS Feedback Reports, and<\/li>\n<li>Submit a Value Modifier Informal Review Request on behalf of a solo practitioner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Depending upon the role that you are requesting, you will need to gather information prior to signing up online.
