Remember from a previous post that when registering you will need to include the mechanism chosen for reporting.\u00a0 Here are the options available for group reporting.<\/p>\n<p>At the time of registration you must indicate your submission method &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified PQRS Registry<\/li>\n<li>Direct EHR or via Data Submission Vendor<\/li>\n<li>Web interface (groups of 25 or more only)<\/li>\n<li>Qualified Clinical Data Registry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have not registered as a Group Representative in the CMS Enterprise Portal, EIDM, do so immediately, as it could take some time to obtain approval for your organization and for your role.<\/p>\n<p>Please <a href=\"mailto:sleake@mpqhf.org\">email me<\/a> if you have any questions, comments, or would like more information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Links<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Registration System can be accessed at <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.cms.gov\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/portal.cms.gov<\/a> using an EIDM account.
