The beginner-level toolkit contains two documents to help individual EPs and PQRS group practices navigate their way through the various PQRS decision points and the impact of quality reporting &#8211; <strong>Quality Reporting Roadmap<\/strong> and <strong>Take a Moment &amp; Participate Flowchart<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cms.gov\/Medicare\/Quality-Initiatives-Patient-Assessment-Instruments\/PQRS\/Downloads\/2016_PQRS_ImplementationGuide.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">2016 PQRS Implementation Guide<\/a> will help individual EPs and PQRS group practices understand PQRS.
