It\u2019s easy to see that bowl of chips and the seven-layer dip and think, <em>I\u2019ll just have a few<\/em>. And don\u2019t get us started on the desserts! Those brownies the neighbor made are to die for! Seem familiar? But indulging in the fat, salt and sugar of traditional Super Bowl Sunday snacks can leave us with regrets come Monday.<\/p>\n<p>To enjoy the fun and food without those regrets, here is a list of healthy alternatives for some classic Super Bowl snacks.<\/p>\n<h3>Chips<\/h3>\n<p>Is it even a Super Bowl party without chips? But chips are easy to snack on without realizing the portions. Instead of going for the bagged chips loaded with sodium and preservatives, try making your own chips! <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tablefortwoblog.com\/zucchini-chips\/\">Zucchini chips<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveeatlearn.com\/air-fryer-kale-chips\/\">kale chips<\/a> can both be made with an oven or air fryer. Apple chips are also perfect for a little sweetness, something the kids will love! You can also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.purewow.com\/food\/healthy-alternatives-to-chips\">check out some snacks<\/a> that are not chips but can still give you that satisfying crunch.<\/p>\n<h3>Dips<\/h3>\n<p>Dips are a staple of a Super Bowl celebration and can include creamy queso, spicy salsa or fresh guacamole. However, dips can be full of fats and sugars. Instead, opt for <a href=\"https:\/\/goodnessme.com.au\/blogs\/news\/healthiest-dips-you-can-buy-from-the-supermarket\">these store-bought dips<\/a> that are simple and often gluten-free, vegan, preservative-free and\/or dairy-free while still being delicious. You can also try your hand at this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.loveandlemons.com\/white-bean-dip\/#wprm-recipe-container-46205\">zesty white bean dip<\/a> or this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellplated.com\/greek-yogurt-ranch-dip\/\">protein-packed Greek yogurt ranch dip<\/a>. Have plenty of veggies such as carrots, celery and cauliflower to dip along with your healthy chips!<\/p>\n<h3>Wings<\/h3>\n<p>Wings are almost always on the Super Bowl menu. Make chicken wings healthier by opting for <a href=\"https:\/\/fitfoodiefinds.com\/amazing-dry-rub-wings\/\">dry rubs<\/a> instead of sauces. Rubs can be just as flavorful and spicy as the more classic buffalo wings. You can also go vegan and try <a href=\"https:\/\/chocolatecoveredkatie.com\/buffalo-cauliflower-wings-recipe\/\">buffalo cauliflower wings<\/a>, which are low in calories and fat but will still have your mouth watering.<\/p>\n<h3>Pigs-in-a-blanket<\/h3>\n<p>Did you know there is a healthy alternative to this classic snack that is just as delicious? You can make the \u201cblanket\u201d gluten-free or the \u201cpigs\u201d fat-free. Even with this simple dish, the possibilities are endless!
