Mountain-Pacific Quality Health is excited to announce the new hire of Robert Lopp<\/strong>. As part of the organization\u2019s restructuring, Lopp will be the chief administrative officer, a new position that will oversee internal support services across all areas of the company and help integrate and allocate resources.<\/p>\n

Lopp has held executive management roles in finance, information technology (IT), human resources, business relationships and health care provider relations. He has also been a long-time partner and advocate for improving health care, especially in rural areas. He has been a health care managing partner for investment, management, development and oversight for rural health partners in joint ventures with more than 45 hospitals, including the majority of Montana and Wyoming’s critical access facilities and community health centers and a number of other health care systems.<\/p>\n

Lopp’s IT experience is extensive. He has been responsible for IT and business unit strategic planning, consulting and training for several large, well known companies, including eBay, PayPal, Morgan Stanley, Sprint and Western Union, to name a few. He has developed and supported IT initiatives and projects with university systems, including the University of Texas, Texas A&M, Colorado University, Daniels School of Business, Colorado State University, University of Utah and University of Wyoming. He has also developed and supported IT initiatives and projects with state government agencies, including Texas (Departments of Revenue, Education, Health and Human Services and Corrections), Arizona (Departments of Revenue, Economic Development and HHS), Utah (Departments of Revenue, HHS, Social Services and Corrections), Colorado (all agencies), Wyoming (all agencies), Montana (Departments of Administration and ITSD) and Idaho (Departments of Revenue and Lottery).<\/p>\n
