Montana SLR Deadline for 2015 Eligible Hospitals is Almost Here

This post is applicable to Montana eligible hospitals only. The Montana State Level Registry (SLR) deadline for eligible hospitals attesting to the Medicaid MU program for 2015 is October 31, 2016.

If you reside in a state other than Montana, check with your State Level Registry (SLR) to confirm the deadlines for 2015 MU attestation for eligible hospitals. See the CMS page contact information for each state.
