MU: Did you take your MU screenshots yet?

Seriously, it’s time to get the needed screenshots for your meaningful use audit folder.  The following screenshots should be taken immediately.  In order to pass a CMS audit, we recommend you include the system date in your screen shot, as well as the name of your facility.  You only need one screenshot per EHR instance, so if you have more than one location, but they operate on the same instance of your EHR, you only need one screenshot to cover all locations.  Following are the screenshots you should have in your MU audit folder:

1. Drug-Drug/Drug-Allergy Alerts
2. 5 Clinical Decision Support Rules
3. Drug Formulary
4. eSecure Messaging (EPs only)
