MIPS Data Submission – The Time Is Now (through March 31, 2018)

You worked on your clinical quality measures, Advancing Care Information (ACI) and improvement activities throughout 2017. Now with the new year, the time to submit your data has finally arrived! The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) opened the CMS Enterprise Portal on the Quality Payment Program (QPP) website on January 2.
You may submit your data anytime from now through March 31, 2018.
If your practice is submitting data to the portal on your own, or if you want to view what a registry or Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) has submitted for you, an established and updated Enterprise Identity Management (EIDM) account is necessary. Here are some links to help you with the EIDM process:
- Forgot your credentials? Go to the CMS Enterprise Portal to reset your user ID or password.
- Don’t have a user account yet? Visit the CMS Enterprise Portal to create one or call 1-866-288-8292. For TTY: 1-877-715-6222.
- Need more information about submission? CMS has also released a fact sheet and created the following instructional videos:
