3/13/19 – Webinar: Real Antibiotics for Rural Patients: Treating People, Not Guidelines
In this webinar, Jeffrey Jansen, PharmD, the pharmacy infectious diseases coordinator for SCL Saint Vincent Healthcare, presented a review of antibacterial resistance, followed by a review of a statewide antibiogram, including limitations and strengths. He also provided empiric prescribing recommendations.

NEW ASP RESOURCE/TOOL
Updated Days of Therapy (DOT) tracking tool
This updated version of the Excel spreadsheet tool can be used to manually track antibiotic usage for your Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (ASP), using the DOT tool measurement criteria.
