Title: Outpatient Antibiotic Stewardship Tracking and Reporting Tool

- Review the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) four Core Elements for Outpatient Antibiotic Stewardship

- Learn how one small clinic used a simple tracking and reporting tool to monitor its antibiotic prescribing and how it was shared with prescribers for improving outcomes
- Discuss how to use the antibiotic usage data to improve your antibiotic stewardship efforts
Intended Audience: Pharmacists, nursing administration, risk management, quality counsel, prescribers, infection preventionists and anyone interested in antimicrobial resistance
