MU: CMS Has Proposed a 90-Day Reporting Period for 2016

To offer greater flexibility in the meaningful use of EHRs, CMS has proposed a 90-day EHR reporting period in 2016 for all eligible providers, eligible hospitals, and CAHs. The proposed rule would change the reporting period from a full calendar year to any continuous 90-day period between January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016.
